The Siemens EH675ME11E ceramic induction hob, with a facetted front edge design and a stainless steel trim, has a front-mounted monoSlider control. Just glide your finger across the central slider control for the power level you need. You can also ‘freeze’ the hob settings so you can clean the control panel while you’re cooking – useful if you have a spillage! The EH675ME11E has 4 induction cooking zones, which automatically recognise the pan size. There are 17 temperature settings, plus a boost function.
