It has 4 induction cooking zones, which automatically recognise the pan size. There are 17 temperature settings, plus a boost function. You can also use the LED timer to switch off each zone automatically and beep to let you know. Ultra-efficient induction works by creating a magnetic field between the hob and steel or iron pan. The heat is instant; it is easily controlled and energy efficient. Due to the flat ceramic surface they are very easy to clean. With child-proof lock for added piece of mind. Note: Only use pans suitable for induction hobs. These include: enamelled steel, iron, stainless steel (depending on the alloy) and some aluminium pans with a ferromagnetic base.
