Inside is the Circotherm Super 8-way cooking system with 13 cooking functions, including an ever-useful plate warming option and special bread baking and dough proving settings - ideal for budding bakers. Telescopic rails ensure that one of the wire selves glides in and out effortlessly – a real bonus when you want to baste a meat joint or turn over something you’re grilling. The B46E74N0GB has excellent visibility, thanks to its extra-wide viewing window, plus the unique NeffLight that produces bright, white halogen light on all three cooking levels, so you can see exactly how your meal is progressing. The Circotherm system uses a powerful fan to draw in air from the oven interior. Neff introduced Circotherm to the UK over 30 years ago and it remains one of the very best cooking systems around. The air is heated and forced out of strategically placed air ducts and circulated around each shelf. This forced air system means lower temperatures can be used and little or no pre-heating is required. The method is ideal for roasting, batch baking and hot air grilling. There’s a unique low temperature setting for hob sealed prime cuts of meat and poultry. Meat/poultry is placed in a pre-heated dish and transferred into the oven. The lowtemperature setting uses a fixed temperature to gently and slowly tenderise without overcooking, resulting in meat/poultry that is pink, juicy and melts in the mouth. CeramiClean back, roof and side liners are also on hand to provide a hassle-free solution to cleaning up after the Sunday roast.
