The Mermaid name&pipe; long a favourite in professional circles&pipe; has become a domestic success over the last few years. Its heavy weight and hard-anodised exterior mean it will last a lifetime&pipe; even under harsh treatment. Avoid putting Mermaid in the dishwasher as it can discolour the anodised surface. The baking trays have a lower lip than the Bakewell trays.
