Three piece 100 Years of Royal Albert 1940 English Chintz tea set

Chintz is quintessential 1940s style and its brought to life here in the rich tapestry of roses, forget-me-nots, and violets on this daintily designed fine bone china. Theres a subtle hint of lilac in the background tint, and the set is finished off with gold trim edging, with solid bands on the teacup handle and foot. The design was created from a combination of two archive references - 1523 and 2041 - which are similar in style with a crackle effect background.
