Using the 3 shelf levels, you can cook various dishes at the same time, without any intermingling of flavours. The results are exceptionally tasty thanks to gentle heating, as you retain more of the vitamins and minerals in food; no loss of texture, taste or colour; food remains moist and does not dry out. Cooking is healthier as there’s no need to add salt or oil, and the HB36D572B is also ideal for refreshing or reheating leftover food or heating up a latecomer’s dinner without compromising on quality. There’s also a memory function that allows you to store the exact process you use in preparing your favourite food, a large capacity 1.3L water tank for longer cooking times (in excess of 1 hour), and a clear text reminder with audible signal to remind you to refill the water. The clean and descale programmes makes routine cleaning a simple task. A pull-down door is used to access the interior, which has a halogen light for optimum illumination. For extra flexibility the HB36D572B can also be used as a fan oven, with a hot air cooking range 30° to 230°C.
