The Neff U15E42N0GB is a high quality double oven that offers modern styling in a stainless steel finish that will complement your kitchen. Electronic displays on either side of the fascia show the ‘desired’ and ‘actual’ temperature of both ovens, putting you in complete control. Inside the main oven is Circotherm cooking. The Circotherm system uses a powerful fan to draw in air from the oven interior. Neff introduced Circotherm to the UK over 30 years ago and it remains one of the very best cooking systems around. The air is heated and forced out of strategically placed air ducts and circulated around each shelf. This forced air system means lower temperatures can be used and little or no pre-heating is required. The method is ideal for roasting, batch baking and hot air grilling. Additionally, you’ll also enjoy a defrost setting, conventional top and bottom heat, bottom heat only (great for pastry dishes or pizza) and there’s a low temperature option that’s suitable for stews and casseroles). A fast heat up option is perfect for those times when you want to start getting on with the kids’ dinner and just can’t wait! A full-size variable grill element is located in the roof of the top oven. The grill is thermostatically controlled and will cycle on and off to maintain the required temperature. This offers a healthy method of cooking where no additional fat is required. Side, rear and roof catalytic liners plus an oven cleaning setting help keep both compartments in pristine condition.
