Rated A for energy, the OS897DPIX has 4 Intelligent programmes: Roast, Bread, Cake, Pizza and 6 Standard programmes: Multi-Cooking, Grill, Fan Grilling, Low Temperature 40ºC, Low Temperature 65ºC, Low Temperature 90ºC. You can of course select your own temperature if following a tried and tested recipe. You can cook on up to 4 shelves simultaneously (great for batch baking). Or why not insert the dishwasher-proof insulating divider and convert the extra-large interior space into a double oven? This creates two separate cooking zones, both with independent time and temperature controls, giving you complete flexibility. The intelligent LCD display tells you everything you need to know about the cooking programmes you’ve selected. And cleaning’s easy with the OS897DPIX’s Pyrolytic function, which burns off residues from every part of the oven, leaving you to just wipe it clean – no chemicals needed.
