This 100cm wide double oven is finished in a striking royal blue and has a fast pre-heat system in the left oven for when you need a family meal ready quickly. A rotisserie in the right oven allows you to spit-roast meat, while grill elements in both ovens offer an additional culinary option. The stunning induction hob on this cooker provides an energy efficient and safe cooking method, whilst giving you ultimate control over your cooking. Heating by induction is the fastest way to boil water, and as well as being powerful the heat is controllable; so much so, that you can even melt chocolate directly in the pan and without the use of a bain-marie. Please note that induction hobs only work with pans that have a ferrous base. The right oven has 4 functions, and the left oven hosts 9 functions, including: Conventional cooking , which uses top and bottom elements and is suitable for roasting and baking Bottom element only for use at low temperatures when slow-cooking, or at high temperatures for selected sweet desserts and pastries Top element only is perfect for gratin dishes such as lasagne, moussaka or lasagne Conventional grill provides deliciously crispy cheese on toast, crumpets and muffins Fan assisted grill directs heat downwards while the fan circulates the hot air to give you perfectly grilled meats Fan assisted oven for roasting vegetable, meat and poultry or baked fish True fan oven is good for batch baking small cakes, and baking on several shelves Pizza function offers perfectly cooked bases with pizzas, pastries and flat breads Defrost and Fast pre-heat system for use at 0 degrees to defrost small items such as fish or poultry pieces, and at the required temperature to pre-heat the oven The two side-by-side ovens are A-rated for energy, with triple-glazed, removable doors and glass for effortlessly easy cleaning. Maintenance is simple inside the oven too, thanks to Stayclean enamel liners on the sides, back and roof. The storage compartment at the bottom of this Fournelle range cooker will take pans up to 10.5cm tall.
