The De Dietrich DOP895X is a top-of-the range, halogen-lit single oven with 12 different functions including conventional, fan and combination oven and turbo grill with 4 settings. It has a pyrolitic cleaning system with 2 settings - the oven temperature during the cleaning cycle reaches such a level that any soiling simply drops away from every part of the interior and can just be wiped away from the floor of the oven. There's an electronic programmer as well as a minute minder via touch controls and tilting display, and this oven comes with a rotisserie for optimum roasting capability. For added safety the drop down door is air cooled, and the oven also has a keep warm function which minimises the chance of food drying out. Supplied with 2 anti-tip shelves, large grill pan and trivet, 1 rotisserie with trivet, 3 sliding telescopic runners, 1 low-temperature tray and trivet, and aluminium baking sheet. 16 amp power supply required
