This AEG HC451500EB domino induction wok hob combines touch screen controls with black ceramic glass, for a stunning futuristic effect. Using induction allows the wok to cook extremely quickly and at high heat. As a result, meat and fish remain succulent and vegetables retain colour, taste and vitamins. And this is how it works: included is an induction-friendly professional wok, which sits snugly in a 30cm diameter glass ‘dimple’. The touch controls are then used to set any of the hob’s heat levels. Two handles make it easy to lift the wok on and off of the hob, and there’s even a timer which helps avoids the risk of over-cooking your favourite ingredients. For extra peace of mind, the hob has a residual heat indicator which lets you know if the HC451500EB has recently been used, and also a child safety lock
